We set up a phase based system which allowed us to focus on key foundational steps to delivery Cruz on time. Those phases were Design/Look Development Phase, Animatic & Rigging Phase, Blocking Phase, Render Phase. This allowed the client to be a part of and sign off on each phase before moving on to the next phase.
